Sunday walk...

Hallo meine Lieben, ich wollte Euch nur schnell ein paar Bilder von unserem Sonntagsspaziergang da lassen, denn mein Sohn, mein Papa und ich waren unterwegs am See und haben das wundervolle Wetter genossen. Das was ihr oben seht gehört zu einer Sonnenuhr, und wir sogar 2 davon, schaut mal:

Ist denn schon wieder...? Jaa, morgen ist Valentinstag! Bei mir ist zwar weit und breit kein "Valentin" in Sicht, aber ich habe natürlich trotzdem hier eine kleine DIY Idee für Euch ;-) Man wird ja in den Läden wieder so überhäuft mit Süssigkeiten und Blumen für den / die Liebste/n, aber wie wäre es denn, wenn man mal selbst Schokolade "herstellt"? Ich hab´s probiert, super einfach und all die Möglichkeiten, hmmm... Was Ihr sehen könnt sind Schokoherzen mit Zuckerstreusel und Smarties, was Ihr nicht sehen könnt, sind die Schokoherzen mit Krokantstreusel, Gummibärchen und TUC-Keksstreusel im Inneren, lecker!

Será que já é...? Siim, amanha é o dia dos namorados! Bem, aqui nao há nenhum Valentim perto, mas para voces eu tenho aqui um pequeno DIY ;-) Nem se pode ir ás compras, chocolate e flores para os amores em cheio, mas o que acham de fazer um "próprio" chocolate? Bem eu tentei, foi muito fácil e pensem só nas variedades, hmmm.... O que se vê sao os coraçoes de chocolate com decoraçao de bolinhas de açúcar e com smarties, o que nao se vê sao os que teem o crocant, e bocados de bolacha escondidos por dentro, que bom!

Is it already...? Yes, tomorrow is Valentine´s Day! So, as there is no "Valentin" here around, I have a small DIY idea for you though ;-) Well, you can´t go shopping without all the chocolate, candy and flowers all over for your loved one, but how about making your own chocolate? I tried and it was really easy, just imagine the varieties you can do, yummy... What you can see it the chocolate hearts decorated with sugar pearls and smarties, what you can´t see it the ones with hidden cracknel, gummy bears and biscuit pieces, lovely!

Was man braucht ist eine Silikonform für die Herzchen, Schokolade zum Schmelzen, Dekoration nach Geschmack :-)  Schokolade schmelzen, in die Form füllen und direkt in die noch warme Schokolade dekorieren, erkalten bzw fest werden lassen.

Só percisam de um molde de silicone, chocolate para derreter, decoraçao a gosto :-) Derreter o chocolate, por no molde e com o chocolate ainda morno decorar dentro da forma, agora deixar arrefecer e endurecer.

You just need a silicone mold, chocolate for melting, decoration as you like :-) Melt the chocolate, decorate in the still warm chocolate, than allow it to cool and harden.

Winter wonderland... 2015... and a Winner...

Hallo zusammen, ich möchte Euch gerne zuallererst mal ein frohes neues Jahr wünschen! Hat es bei Euch auch zum Jahreswechsel geschneit? Bei uns waren es nur 3 Tage Schnee, aber die haben wir ordentlich genutzt, mit allem drum und dran, Schnemänner gebaut (4 richtig große), spazieren gewesen, Schlitten gefahren, ... Und ein paar Bildchen für Euch gemacht (leider sind die von der Landschaft nix geworden, die waren einfach zuuu weiß) :-)

Olá pessoal, primeiro gostava de vos desejar um feliz ano novo! Tambem tiveram neve para a passagem do ano novo? Nós só tivemos 3 dias de neve, mas aproveitamos em cheio, fizemos homens de neve (4 grandes), fomos passear, andamos de tobogã, ... E fizemos umas fotos para vocês (os da paisagem infelizmente ficaram branco demais) :-)

Hi everybody, first of all I would like to wish you a Happy New Year! Did you have snow for New Year´s Eve as well? We just had 3 days of snow, but we made the most of it, we built snowmen (4 big ones), we walked, we were sledging, ... And we took pictures for you (unfortunately the ones of the landscape were too white) :-)

9th December - 9th Door * 15 days until Christmas *

Ich freu mich so! Hinter dem heutigen Türchen waren für Euch "portugiesische Träume" versteckt! Das ist traditionelles Weihnachtsgebäck aus meiner Heimat. Hier die Zutaten, die wir brauchen:

Estou tao contente! Hoje há "sonhos" na portinha 9! Bem, quem é português conhece-os. Aqui os ingredientes:

I´m so happy! Today we have "portuguese dreams" behind door 9! This is traditional for christmas in my homeland. Here are the ingredients:

250 ml     Wasser / Água / Water
250 ml     Milch / Leite / Milk
100 g       Margarine / Margarina / Margarine
1                Zitronenschale / Casca de Limao / Lemon peel
1                Prise Salz / Dedo de Sal / Sprinkle Salt
300 g       Mehl / Farinha / Flour
8               Eier / Ovos / Eggs

Öl zum Frittieren / Oleo para fritar / Oil for frying
Zucker + Zimt / Açúcar + Canela / Sugar + Cinnamon

Im Topf Wasser, Milch, Zitronenschale, Salz und Margarine zum kochen bringen. Gleich wenn es kocht, Mehl direkt hinzufügen und rühren bis sich eine Teigkugel formt. Diese aus dem Topf in eine Schale geben, Zitronenschale rausholen, und abkühlen lassen. Wenn der Teig abgekühlt ist, Eier einzeln hinzufügen und jedes Mal mit Holzlöffel rühren bis der Teig eine cremige Konsistenz hat. Mit Hilfe von zwei Löffeln werden nicht allzu große Kugeln geformt und in das heiße Öl gegeben. Ab und an mit Gabel reinstechen. Frittieren bis etwa die Kugel etwa dreifache Größe erreicht hat. Raus nehmen und auf Küchenpapier abtropfen, dann mit Zuckerzimtmischung bestreuen.

Numa panela ferver a agúa, o leite, a casca de limao, o sal e a margarina. Logo quando ferver meter a farinha e mexer tudo até que fizer uma bola. Tirar para uma tigela, tirar a casca de limao e deixar arrefecer. Depois por ovo por ovo e mexer depois de cada um com uma colher de pau até ficar um creme forte. Com duas colheres formar bolinhas pequenas e fritar no oleo até crescerem por 3 vezes. Picar as vezes com um garfo. Tirar, deixar no papel de cozinha, depois virar na mistura de açúcar com canela.

In a pot boil the water, the milk, the lemon peel, the salt and the margarine. Right when it is boiling add the flour and mix it until you have a ball of dough. Take it from the pot into a bowl and let it cool. Than add egg for egg and mix with a wooden spoon after each until you have a strong cream. With 2 spoons make small balls and put them in the hot oil to fry them until they are three times that big. Pick with fork. Take them out into paper towels and than roll them in the sugar-cinnamon-mix.

Meine Lieben, erst mal möchte ich gerne meine neuen Leserinnen willkommen heißen! Ich hoffe, Ihr habt viel Spaß auf meinem Blog! So und nun eine kurze Erklärung, warum es gestern kein Türchen gab... Der Nikolaus war nämlich (etwas verspätet) bei uns zuhause! Sohnemann ist nämlich krank und durfte nicht zur Nikolausfeier im Kiga, also hab ich kurzerhand unsere Liebsten eingeladen um bei uns zuhause Nikolaus zufeiern, hab ein Kostüm besorgt und mein Cousinchen reingesteckt :-) Wir hatten einen tollen Abend, mein Kleiner hat sich riesig gefreut, Freunde und Verwandte waren da und es wurde dann etwas spät... Aber heute geht es weiter, ich hab wieder ein Türchen für Euch geöffnet!

Olá malta, em primeiro gostaria de cumprimentar os meus novos leitores, espero que gostem de estar aqui no meu blog! E ainda vos quero explicar, o porquê que não houve uma portinha ontem... Pois o Nicolau veio (um pouco atrasado) a nossa casa! O meu filhote está doente e não pode ir a festa do infantário, assim resolvi em convidar os nossa malta, comprar um fato e a minha prima fez o Nicolau :-) Foi muito devertido, o meu filho adorou, e estivemos assim até à noitinha.... Mas hoje continuamos com mais uma portinha!

Hi everybody, first I would like to welcome my new readers, hope you enjoy my blog! And then I would like to explain, why there was no door for you yesterday... Nicholas was (a little late) at our home! My son is ill and had to stay at home, so he could not go the Nicholas in his playschool, so I invited our relatives and friends, bought a costume and my dear cousin was the Nicholas :-) It was fun, my son loved it, and we stay till late... But today we continue with a new door!

Schokolöffel! Ja, Schokolöffel waren hinter dem heutigen Türchen versteckt... Die waren gestern unter den Kindern der Hit! Es gab Glühwein für die Großen und heiße Schokolade für die Kleinen. Dafür hatte ich Holzlöffel genommen, mit geschmolzener Schokolade "gefüllt", Zuckerperlen drauf gestreut, trocknen gelassen. Die Kids fanden es ganz toll, heiße Schokolade mal anders ;-) Macht sich auch sehr hübsch als kleines Giveaway im Winter, einfach noch hübsch verpacken... Hab ich mal auf Pinterest gesehen. Leider hab ich kein besseres Foto.

Colheres de chocolate! Sim, hoje a portinha tinha colheres de chocolate escondidas... Ontem foram um grande sucesso para as crianças! Para os adultos havia vinho quente e para os pequenos havia hot chocolate. Para isso eu peguei em colheres de pau, "enchi" as com chocolate derretido, coloquei bolinhas de açúcar e deixei secar. As crianças gostaram, hot chocolate de maneira diferente ;-) Tambem fica muito giro com uma embalagem bonito para giveaway no inverno... Vi assim no Pinterest. Infelizmente nao tenho fotografia melhor.

Chocolate spoons! Yes, behing todays door I´ve found chocolate spoons... Yesterday they were a big hit for the kids! For the adults I had mulled wine and for the kids I had hot chocolate. I took wooden spoons, "filled" them with melted chocolate, decorated them with sugar pearls and let them dry. The kids loved it, hot chocolate just different ;-) With a nice wrapping they make a cute giveaway in winter... I saw this on Pinterest. Unfortunately I have no better picture.

5th December - 5th Door * 19 days until Christmas *

Wie Ihr ja schon von einem früheren Post wisst, bin ich ja Fan von Silhouetten Bildern. Wie gut das auf das heutige Türchen passt! Denn es hat wieder ein schnelles und einfaches DIY für Euch dahinter versteckt. Für diesen hübschen Teelichthalter braucht man nur ein Glas (ich hab ein Nutella-Glas genommen) und schwarzes Tonpapier. Meine Vorlage habe ich aus einem Buch von meinem Kleinen, nämlich aus dem Bambi Buch, aber ich finde das passt jetzt doch auch gut in die weihnachtliche Zeit. Auschneiden, mit doppelseitigem Klebeband befestigen, Kerzen rein, gemütlich machen! 

Como vocês já sabem de um post antereior, eu gosto muito de imagens de silhuetas. Ainda bem, que a portinha de hoje tem outro DIY fácil e rápido para vocês, que dá bem com este tema! Para este segura velas só percisam de um jarro (eu fiz com um de Nutella) e papel preto. Eu tirei a forma para este viado do livro do meu filhote que é do Bambi, e acho que fica bem para o tempo do natal. Cortar, colocar no jarro com fita adesiva de dupla-face, colocar as velas e ficar à vontade!

As you know from an earlier post, I really like silhouette images. Great, that behind today´s door there was again a fast and easy DIY hidden for you! For this beautiful candle holder you just need a jar (I took one of Nutella) and black paper. My pattern is from the Bambi book of my son, and I think it suits good for the christmas time. Cut out, fix it on the jar with double-sided tape, put candles inside, enjoy!

Das war bestimmt nicht mein letztes ;-) So, und da morgen der Nikolaus kommt, verrate ich Euch schon mal, dass es morgen kein Türchen gibt, sondern die Vorstellung von meinem Wichtelgeschenk! Ich bin schon so neugierig, immerhin steht das Päckchen schon eine Woche bei mir und ich hab mich ja soooo tapfer dran gehalten es nicht vor morgen zu öffnen! Das ist so spannend!!!
